Transfer Pricing - What should we expect in the near future?

AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to a new workshop within the AmCham Learning & Innovation Center offered by TaxWise, on June 20, 2017, between 15:00 and 17:00.

The workshop aims to present the consequences on the taxpayer of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS") action plan in respect of intra-group transactions and the tax authorities approach.

As the transfer pricing legislation is updated, the question is: how should we be preparing?
The best answer is: being pro-active, being compliant and meeting the new substance and transparency demands.
